Information we collect

When you send an inquiry, we collect the information you provide, including your contact name, company name, business email, optional phone or WhatsApp number, destination country or region, product or service interest, application requirements, and estimated quantity.

If you start from a product page, we also record the verified product reference and source page. The inquiry record includes your consent time and the internal delivery and follow-up status.

Security and technical information

To protect the inquiry form from abuse, the website derives a one-way keyed hash from the request IP address for short-term rate limiting. The raw IP address is not stored in the inquiry record by this application.

When Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, a security token and the request IP address are sent to Cloudflare for verification before the inquiry is accepted.

How we use information

• Review your product, service, and application requirements.
• Respond to your inquiry and maintain an internal follow-up record.
• Validate product context, prevent abuse, and maintain website security.
• Meet applicable business, legal, and dispute-resolution obligations.

We do not sell inquiry information or use it for automated decision-making.

Service providers and international processing

Restricted staff can access inquiry records. We also use service providers where needed to operate the website: Vercel for hosting and server execution, Neon for database hosting, Resend for inquiry notification email, and Cloudflare Turnstile for form security.

These providers may operate infrastructure in countries outside your own. Inquiry information may therefore be processed in China and in other locations used by these providers, subject to their service terms and security controls.

Retention

We retain inquiry records while they are needed for follow-up, related business records, security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. The current system does not enforce a fixed automatic deletion schedule. You may contact us to request review or deletion of an inquiry record.

Cookies and embedded services

The public website does not currently use advertising or analytics trackers. Cloudflare Turnstile and the Google Maps embed on the About page may receive technical information and use cookies or similar storage under their own policies when those services load.

Your requests

Where applicable, you may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, or withdraw your consent for future use. We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, or dispute-resolution reasons. Send requests to inquiry@zzhdplastics.com.
